What’s this about my Stitch Fix boxes arriving the day before I am leaving for a vacation LOL. I am not complaining at all, as they open up the possibility of taking fun pictures to share with you ladies in some of my favorite locations away from home. ( my hubby who plays my photographer half the time may disagree of course 🙂 ) Really though, my Stitch Fix #27 marks the third time I took a big box of clothes with me on a trip.
Here is the first time I took Stitch Fix with me on a trip to Victoria, BC. Here is another Stitch Fix I took with me to Sunriver, OR. This time I took my most recent Stitch Fix to California. All the pics were taken there but my keeper item which I photographed back home. <3
As we are about to go into detail here for Stitch Fix review July, I want to welcome all of you new readers! If you’ve just found TheBoxQueen, I invite you to start your reading from the very detailed Stitch Fix Reviews Category. You’ll find all the info you need on how Stitch Fix works, how to get your best fix, and all my styled pieces as well as my style tips.

I’ve had some readers, and friends mention recently that I show a lot of willpower when I keep just one piece and send the rest of the pretties back. First of all thanks for that as it’s not easy and I am certainly flattered because it does take a lot of restraint. <3 The way I approach my Stitch Fix box’s at the moment is either by keeping one, most favorite piece of the box or keeping the whole box and get the 25% discount. This way I can keep receiving my boxes, and still can shop from my favorite stores.
Here you can see the Stitch Fix boxes where I kept it all:

I think we are ready for the Stitch Fix review July. As always, first you’ll see the styling cards Stitch Fix sends with each box. I’ll also include my outfit details under my pictures along with my style tips.
Stitch Fix styled the Renee C top with jeans and a pencil skirt. I thought it would also work great with shorts for an evening.
RENEE C BERHAM BLOUSE
The Berham blouse has a really cute shape, and print. The fabric is a bit starchy, not the soft type of fabrics I am used to. It’s not uncomfortable, and I believe the fabric helps the top hold up well.
Style Tip: I think the Berham top would look great with a variety of bottoms including skinny jeans, pants, pencil skirts, and shorts. I chose white shorts as I wanted to show you ladies a vacation outfit. As this was supposed to be a evening look, I added platform sandals. You can also easily pair it with embellished sandals if you prefer them, such as this one, for a dressed up flats look.
Street Level Kaelyn Laser Cut Two-Tone Reversible Tote
The reversible tote I received in this Stitch Fix has a bright orange side, and a laser-cut navy side. I flipped it to the orange side to match my outfit. I found the exact tote in a versatile brown pairing. I actually like the brown version more. I feel like it could go with more colors, and is suitable for all seasons.
STATUS: BOTH SENT BACK
I sent back both the Berham blouse and the reversible tote. The top, although cute, is not soft and cozy enough for me. I also sent the tote back. I ended up liking it’s size, the pouch included is very useful for just taking your phone & cards with you, and I love how versatile the tote is with reversible sides. I already have a navy big tote I like tough, and I think I will end up getting this one in the brown version.

For the Corten Fun2Fun V- neck top I definitely shared Stitch Fix‘s vision. I thought it would look really cool with my destroyed jeans.
Fun 2 Fun Corten V-Neck Top
This top is right up my alley. First of all the fabric is soft, and touchable. The colors are happy, and vibrant. I of course also like the slightly longer cut of the back, and the shoulder cut of the V-neck. It took me about a minute to decide I was keeping this piece.
Style Tip: This top is a truly multi-tasking piece. ( I wouldn’t choose it otherwise 🙂 ) As it ends right at the waist, you can easily pair it with any type of bottom, and you don’t even need to tuck it in. As I thought both the print and design were cool, I wanted to keep that look through out my outfit and paired mine with destroyed jeans. I hoped to add some charm with high heel yellow Oxfords, and a cobalt clutch.
Now ladies, if you can get your hands on these jeans I am wearing here, get them! They are on sale for an amazing price, and the fit, and comfort level is so great. If they are already sold out, I also have this style by the same brand and love that one as well.
The back detail. I like that the shoulder cut is a bit wider than usual.

Love this Kendra Scott necklace. I wear it with everything.
In the note included in my Stitch Fix envelope, there was a suggestion that the Simona dress and Charissa skirt could be paired up together. I wholeheartedly agreed.
Sweet Rain Simona Henley Blouse & Papermoon Charissa Skirt
Style Tip: I think fuchsia pink goes really nice with this shade of green. I like to use unpredictable colors together, and my stylist had a similar idea in mind. I always say our style sense is so similar with her. 🙂 I added these earrings I kept from a previous Stitch Fix . I also added the reversible tote, this time the navy side with laser-cut showing.
STATUS: SENT BACK
Although I like the top, considering I have so many flower tops, ( seriously!! ha! ) it wasn’t special enough. I did send back the pleated skirt too. Guess why? I just bought this pleated skirt, and it’s green!! ( tough not very summery admittedly, it’s for fall. I just couldn’t bring myself to purchase two green pleated skirts back to back. )
The Street Level handbag is big enough to carry all your essentials and more.

Overall Impressions: For me once again this was a fun experience like usual. I found a piece that is very “me” and had a great time styling all the other items my stylist thought I would like. Obviously, being on my Stitch Fix #27, I recommend the service. I think from filling out the style profile to anticipating what you’ll receive, Stitch Fix brings excitement to your month. Worst case scenario if you don’t like anything you are only out of $20, ( which is applicable to your purchase) but more than likely you’ll find a piece you’ll fall in love with, and enjoy the process in between too. 🙂
