Ladies how was your holiday week? For the first time in a long time I gave myself a couple days off to be a bit lazy (which I normally rarely do), slept beyond 6 am ( another thing I almost never can do but in winter break my kids decided to sleep until 8. I’ll take the 2 extra hours anyday 🙂 ), and I also did some much needed organizing at home.

In the beginning  of December, when I received my first Wantable Fitness Edit of the month, I told you ladies I liked it so much that I immediately ordered a second December Fitness Edit. As I also mentioned, a new year always means that I reassess my fitness goals, and every bit of extra motivation helps, including pretty workout clothes. 🙂
PicMonkey CollageMy second Wantable Fitness Edit of December arrived recently. This one was even better than the first. (and I already liked that one quite a bit) I was sent two tank tops, and three leggings. All the better, each of the three leggings are patterned, and very fun. It was so difficult to choose the one I kept but I really really love my choice.

To refresh your minds, Wantable is a subscription I’ve been receiving for years. They have Accessories, Makeup, Intimates, Fitness Edit, and Style Edit boxes. I get each of them periodically, some more often than others.

The Edits  are a bit different in that they are personal styling services where you get sent 5 pieces to try at the comfort of your own home for 5 days. In that time, you decide what to keep and what to send back. If you keep your whole box of items, there’s a 20% discount. It really is exciting to see what you will be sent, and I especially find the Fitness Styling Service pretty unique.

Ready for my second Wantable Fitness Edit of December? Here we go.

Just Live Power Through Legging in Sunset Lace

First up are these gorgeous leggings. As I am slowly supplementing my fitness closet, I am throwing away the really old, and worn pieces. I am deciding what colors, or fun prints I need trying to make sure all the pieces are versatile, multi-tasking. These leggins were one of the two strong contenders of my December Wantable Fitness Edit.

I usually go for capri length but for the colder winter months, longer leggings are practical, especially for outdoor workouts. These fit like a glove, and the print is so energizing.

Glyder “Slash” Layer Tank Black

My Wantable stylist knows from all my feedback that I like unique and fun pieces. I am thinking this is exactly why she sent me the Glyder Slash Tank top. This top has open back cut-outs and that surprise factor I love. The top is meant to be worn with a sports bra.

Glyder is a brand I was introduced to by Wantable  in my First Box of December. I actually kept a top by the brand from that box.  After liking that top so much, I went and bought this Glyder top on my own.

STATUS – SENT BACK

As I mentioned above I bought another black top from Glyder after keeping the Glyder top from my first box. As I’ve also got other black tops in my closet, I sent this one back. I was also a bit worried that the cut-outs on the back of the top were a bit fragile, and could look bad after many washes.

LEGGINGS STATUS – SENT BACK

The leggings were the second strongest option I seriously considered keeping. Ultimately I sent them back as I had to have another piece. Since I sent them back, I pretty much kept thinking about them tough, and I found them online. I think I am ordering. :-))

Below are some more patterned leggings I love.

Glyder Be Bold Crop Ghost Leopard

The capri is another piece by Glyder and as it was the crop length, my favorite, it immediately grabbed my attention. I love all the details. The leg cut-outs, the subtle leopard print, the partially transparent part around the knees, all really add up to make this capri perfect for me.

STATUS – KEPT

I had to keep the Glyder Be Bold Crop Ghost Leopard Capri. It has the uniqueness I love, but more importantly the fit feels amazing. It’s the type of piece you have to hold on to, it’s that flattering piece that makes everything look better haha. Obviously, I am keeping mine.

Glyder Cross Your Heart Wrap Tank Army Green

This whole outfit also came in this December Wantable box.  The Army Green tank has light built-in bra support so you can wear it on its own. I prefer a bit stronger support as I do mostly cardio workouts with lots of movement. The shape of the top and the back detail are pretty.

Natalie Capri Blue Python

These capris reminded me one of the capris Wantable sent me in September.  Their coloring is very similar, and like those, the fit on the Natalie Capris is great. I do have this type of pattern in my closet, however if you don’t, I recommend you request these from Wantable to give them a try.

TANK – SENT BACK

The tank is cute, and would be perfect for Yoga, and Pilates. Although I do practice Yoga, and  do Pilates, I also participate in workouts that have much faster movements. If the bra will be built-in, I need more support.

NATALIE CAPRI – SENT BACK

I have a legging with a similar pattern. I wasn’t looking to add another to my collection. I do like the fit of this quite a bit, and can recommend it if you are looking for a fun pattern.

Overall Impressions: Once again, I enjoyed my Fitness Edit. I think the more notes and input I am including, the better they get. My keeper piece is a wonderful find, and the rest of the pieces were fun to try out.

Have you tried  Wantable Fitness Edit recently? What did you keep? Do you get Wantable boxes? Would love to hear your thoughts as always!

Loveeee all the leggings. Especially, the one you kept. The tops are cute but a little short for my usual gym outfit choice. I prefer tops that are longer to cover at least half of my butty:)

    • Theboxqueen

Aren’t they all cute? I was pleasantly surprised to see all three leggings being my style, it made the choice all the more difficult haha. Luckily I love the one I ultimately kept. I do hear you on longer tops, I wear both but do understand the feeling. I especially like longer tops during certain times of the month when I just need comfort. Have a wonderful day my dear. XOXO, Elif

Great items! I love to wear crazy prints for my yoga leggings. Liquido active is a great brand with gorgeous prints. Also, check out evolve fitwear for lots of fun brands including Glyder. I love that arm green tank on you.

    • Theboxqueen

Me too. Crazy prints make workouts more fun 🙂 Thanks for all the suggestions too Caroline, always love chatting with you! Have a fab Wednesday. XOXO, Elif

I think that you made the right decision, the leopard cut out tights are definitely the way to go!! (My daughter and I also liked the pink top very much)

    • Theboxqueen

Happy you liked it too. I couldn’t part ways with that leopard tights, they were an immediate match haha. That pink Lulu top has been my favorite for the past two years. Super comfy for barre classes, pilates, and yoga. Thanks for saying hi girls. <3 XOXO, Elif
