Ladies as Feb.14th is right around the corner, per the annual TheBoxQueen tradition, I wanted to share my favorite gift picks in a Valentine’s Day Gift Guide. This year’s gift ideas are extra cute, and full of inspiration for all your “last minute shopping” significant others. (My husband is sometimes in this group 🙂 ) You may remember that I mentioned in previous years how I make sure hubby sees these guides haha. I usually just leave my blog post open on my Mac Book, and put it in a conveniently chosen place in the house like the living room. How do you give hints to the guy in your life?

Even if Valentine’s Day does not hold a special meaning for you, I think you’ll still find this
guide useful, because did I mention?; all the items are so very adorable!! They are perfect
gifts for treating yourself too. Find all the details, and why I love them below.

Can I please start with these shoes? I can’t get enough of the sweet pumps! I can imagine them looking extra fab with a midi skirt, and pink top or with skinnies and a tunic blouse.

I have this faux leather bag in green, and use it during travels. It’s extra roomy, and perfect for filling with airport essentials. I also like that it’s not leather, and at a great price point compared to my fancier bags. Makes me feel better putting it on the floor and such. Love it in this bright red!

These wine glasses for two by Lilly Pulitzer are as durable, and practical as they are beautiful. I love the designer’s cheerful patterns, and prints. In fact I am using her organizer/ calendar right now. I actually bought these on my own for impromptu picnics. 🙂

I think this girly Kate Spade watch needs no introduction. I love it both in red, and pink. It would add a feminine touch to any outfit. Just gorgeous!

Which items are your favorites? What are you shopping for this Valentines weekend or treating yourself to? Would love to hear it as always!

    Hi Elif,
I love all of your darling choices. This Valentine’s Day is actually a really special one for my husband and I. We have been officially together 15 years today, and we have been happily married for almost 11 (This July). I love the way you leave your hints for your hubby. As a mom of 4 boys myself and our dearly missed daughter in heaven. My husband is honestly always spoiling me throughout the year. And although they aren’t expensive gifts. They are gifts from his heart. And that truly means the most to me. He will just randomly have a card on my pillow some nights, or light a bunch of candles and start a bath for me and surprise me with it. He is truly my soulmate and has held me up when I didn’t think I could go on anymore! As a stay at home mom. I usually never have any money on my to be able to surprise him with gifts. But this year grandma is coming to our house to watch our boys overnight on Saturday. And I am surprising him and taking him to the same hotel that we stayed at the night he proposed to me. And I have candles to line the spa tub and flowers and his favorite homemade chocolate chip cookies that I make. And we truly haven’t had a date night alone in almost 3 years. So I want to make this one really special! I also had our boys each make him their own Valentiens day card. And we are just going to enjoy the only time together and talk and go site seeing, and I’m also treating him to dinner at Texas Roadhouse! One of his favorite restaurants!
I’m so excited that for once I am able to surprise him! And although our budget is really really tight. I have been saving for a year to be able to surprise him tomorrow! He has no clue ?❤️! Hope your Valentine’s Day is just as special as you are sweetie! And I hope you get all you dreamed of!
    Much love,

This all sounds so extremely sweet! I LOVE LOVE that your husband shows his love and appreciation through out the year and not just this one day with such thoughtful acts. Those kind of moments are way more valuable for me as well and always remembered. I am so happy that you shared your beautiful story and plans my dear, and I hope your surprise will make your husband so happy this Sunday. XOXO, Elif <3 <3 <3

You’re so right and so sweet Elif! I can’t wait to be able to see the look on his face when he sees my surprise! I’m so happy that I was able to save up enough money throughout the whole year to be able to make Sunday so extra special for him! He is truly not only an amazing husband and my true best friend & soulmate. But he is also my and biggest supporter. And he is the most amazing hands on dad any child could ever ask for! We are all so truly blessed ❤️
Wishing you and your family the Happiest Valentine’s Day as well!
        Much love,
        Holly & family
