Ladies I am EXTRA excited for todays Stitch Fix Review. ( my 38th box, oh my!!) I know you hear similar sentiments from me for each Stitch Fix box. Two things make Stitch Fix April 2016 Review extra special tough.
For one, the April box marks the first time I received shoes from Stitch Fix. ( Yes they style head to toe now; yayyy!!! ) AND we are holding a $75 Stitch Fix Gift Card Giveaway. (so excited to share that with one of you lovely ladies. ) You can find the details at the end of the review. Make sure to enter with either ( or all 🙂 ) of the many available options on the Rafflecopter widget.

Let’s start to peek into my April 2016 SF box!
Collective Concepts Katelynn Printed Dress ($78)
This month’s pieces are colorful, cheerful, and interesting; just the way I like it. My stylist did a wonderful job of choosing pieces that align with my taste.
I immediately liked the Collective Concepts Katelynn Printed Dress the moment I got it out of the box. I love the colors, print, and the flowy cut of the dress.
Style Tip: This dress speaks for itself. ( This similar option reminds me of the Stitch Fix piece) The perfect combo of colors, and the lovely silhouette of the piece are enough on their own to make a statement. I wanted to keep it clean around my face with a braid not to distract from the beauty of the fabric & pattern.
Getting my inspiration from the cobalt in the dress, I chose blue drop earrings (these are a perfect option) to tie in to the dress, and added a gold cuff for some summer sparkle. (I always think gold accents scream summer, and tan)
Franco Sarto Quinera Lace Up Heel ($119)
Like I mentioned in the beginning of the review, I got shoes in my April SF box for the first time ever as Stitch Fix recently started offering shoes. (and I, of course, had to jump on that option immediately haha.)
My lovely stylist made my wish come true, and has sent me these beauties from Franco Sarto. They are a gorgeous, gorgeous pair of lace-up heels. The detailing & shape of the peep toe booties are exquisite.
I thought the booties would go perfectly with the Collective Concepts dress. Both the heels, and the dress have a girly, delicate touch to them, and together this effect intensified.
COLLECTIVE CONCEPTS DRESS – KEPT
I had two strong contenders to keep from my April 2016 Stitch Fix box and this dress was one of those two. At first I decided to send it back and keep the red top you’ll see below. (I wanted to keep just one item this month as I’ve done a lot of damage! recently in other avenues of shopping namely Nordstrom, (this Go Shopping With TheBoxQueen post) Trunk Club ( See my Trunk Club Review ) and Loft (this Go Shopping With TheBoxQueen Post ) and I still have my eye on many things from the online stores.
Even when I was checking out, I indicated that I was keeping the top. When it came to pack everything up though I just couldn’t put the dress in the big, white USPS envelope. I also got the best reaction from you ladies on this Facebook post, and this Instagram post with the dress. ( Are we friends on both? I post lots of SF as they arrive :-))
To finally wrap up, we emailed with Stitch Fix customer service, and they adjusted the price difference on their side as I initially checked out with the top. (very helpful) Voila the dress became mine. <3 Haha longest status explanation ever.
FRANCO SARTO PEEP-TOE BOOTIES – SENT BACK
These peep toe Franco Sarto booties are truly beautiful. They have a lot going on for them; great style, eye catching details, and comfortable fit. I wanted to keep them; I did. I just could not bring myself to it at decision time as I have these neutral peep toes I featured in this SF review. (and they are not even exactly the same felt close enough to me) I feel good knowing if I can’t get the psi out of my mind, I found the exact pair here.

Dress: Stitch Fix (Similar Print Option I love, Great Value Option) | Shoes: Stitch Fix (Exact Pair Here) | Jewelry: Wantable | Sunglasses: Marc by Marc Jacobs
Pixley Tenille Mini Skirt ($58) & Skies Are Blue Isley Crochet Detail Top ($58)
Style Tip: Both the top & the skirt in this outfit came in my April SF box. It’s tough to find a slim fit mini skirt that has a great fit without being too restricting and the Pixley Mini is just that. Amazing fit, and cute too.
I paired the skirt with the ethnic print with the bright embroidered top. The top has a similar boho chic vibe as the skirt with its embroidery. It also balances out the skirts strong print, with the solid bright red color, and the slightly looser shape of the top contrasts nicely with the slimmer fit bottom.
I bought these Vince Camuto peep toe heels recently. They have the best texture, and the cone heel is super comfortable. Can’t recommend them enough. One size tip: If you are in between sizes, order the size up. (For example if both 7 & 7,5 fit you order 7,5)

In love with these heels.

Renee C Renay Dress ($68)
The last item from my April 2015 box is the cold shoulder Renee C Renay Dress. The cold shoulder style is one of this summer/springs big trends, and I love interesting shoulder details.
Style Tip: This dress (similar to the Collective Concepts dress I kept) has a bold print, and it makes enough statement on its own. All I needed to do was to add some accessories to bring in a bit of shine to it. I added a cage cuff bracelet (all my Wantable reviews ) and this Michael Kors watch in rose gold. I love gold colored pieces, they bring a lovely warmth to the outfits.
I kept the golden theme in my accessories with the neutral/golden clutch. ( I love this neon yellow envelope clutch for a similar effect )

I kept the Vince Camuto ankle strap sandals from my first ever Trunk Club box. (See the Trunk Club review here) They have already proved to be a wonderful purchase in the short time I’ve had the pair. The cobalt color adds a beautiful pop to any look, and the blue is so versatile to pair with many other colors. I also these sandals in Pink Orchid.
Dress: Stitch Fix (Cold-Shoulder Dress Option 1, Similar Option 2) | Shoes: Vince Camuto | Watch: Michael Kors | Clutch: Sold Out ( Great clutch option) | Sunglasses: Prada via Endless Eyewear ( Get Your Free Month here with CODE: THEBOXQUEEN ) | Jewelry: Wantable
Overall Impressions: My 38th Stitch Fix was so much fun, and I think I’ll always request shoes from now on. Completely love being styled head to toe. 🙂
