I’ve reviewed Dailylook Elite a little over two years ago. I’ve taken a long break from the service & at the time thought a better presentation, and a larger selection of brands would be lovely improvements. When I recently heard from Dailylook Elite, and learned that they’ve made some changes to the service, I was excited to try a brand new box of pieces. (Which I am happy I did as I ended up keeping three gorgeous items)
You can find my initial Dailylook Elite Review here. Please note that you can find all the updated info on how the service works below. You’ll also find everything I received styled in outfits, followed by my style tips, and all the outfit details/tips on how to recreate each look.
HOW DOES DAILYLOOK ELITE WORK?
- Your personal stylist curates a box of clothes for you from DailyLook online boutiques’ large selection based on your preferences specified in your style profile. They have really cool brands in the mix.
- As a very welcome update DailyLook Elite now lets you preview your pieces, and take out two that may not suit your style. Your stylist then adds two other mystery items you get to unwrap when you receive your box.
- I was impressed with how my stylist wrote a very detailed letter which was included in my Elite Box. She studied my style & social media accounts to learn more about what I love, and I appreciated the personal touch. From my understanding your stylist stays the same at least for some time. As this is the second box I tried after a long hiatus, we’ll see how this goes in the next months.
- The pieces in your box generally range from $50-$300 depending on your style profile. Your $40 monthly styling fee applies towards items that you keep making the service free if you make a purchase from your box, and is good for 30 days.
- Each Dailylook EliteBox comes with 6-8 items. Mine had 7 pieces.
- There was a 50% off one item discount if I kept three or more pieces which I took advantage of.
- Shipping & returns are free. You send back the pieces you are returning in the original box, or the bag included, with a prepaid return label you can find in your information envelope.
- You have full 5 days to keep your items, and make your decision.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime by submitting your request via the website.
- Dailylook Elite has a referral program where you receive $25 credit for every friend you refer.
One of the things I noticed was the improved presentation, and packaging of DailyLook Elite box. The box everything comes in is much higher quality, the packaging is obviously carefully made, and each piece was perfectly folded. All of these were much different than my initial box, and a welcome improvement.
I thought the actual pieces that were put together by my stylist were much more carefully curated as well. I think their new update of letting you preview your box and take out two pieces that are not your style helps so much! I took out two that were not really “me” and also emailed my stylist and told her I love accessories. I think the notes I made on the preview & my email helped her decision making process. I appreciated the easy ways that were available to communicate.
In my March Dailylook Elite box I received seven pieces; a dress, a skirt, a sleeveless vest, two tops, a jumpsuit, and a pair of drop earrings. Can’t wait to show you everything ladies!
Dailylook Weekending Convertible Off Shoulder Jumpsuit ($89)
Style Tip: This pretty jumpsuit ( love this similar one ) caught my eye as it was the first piece out of the box, and looked so chic, on trend, and at the same time versatile. I loved how the dark color provided a blank canvas for accessories, and how the off the shoulder style & tassel drawstring belt made it very fresh. I wanted to bring in color with bright yellow accessories & wore high heel neutral sandals (very similar to this pair) to create a longer leg line. This cute crossbody bag has a very summery feel to it & went nicely with the effortlessness of the outfit.
This jumpsuit will be my go to piece for summer dinners, lunch with friends and even a chic day look with more casual sandals. I decided to keep it the moment I put it on.

Selene Bow Off Shoulder Top ($74) & Glamorous Rose Print Pencil Skirt ($64.99)
Style Tip: Both the off the shoulder bow blouse, and the rose print pencil skirt from this DailyLook Elite box are such dramatic, bold pieces that are impossible to miss. The top is very girly with the bow details and has a flowy fit. (also love this bow back top) I thought it would look pretty with the pencil skirt (similar style here) and as the skirt is high waisted I was able to style the blouse tucked in. I love that with a pair of jeans you could wear this top untucked which would give a slightly more boho chic vibe.
I wanted this outfit to be feminine from top to bottom, and paired it with the ankle strap pumps as well as my fringe clutch. For jewelry I chose a pair of sparkly earrings, as well as a designer bracelet both keepers from Rocksbox. (Get your FREE MONTH here/no commitment)
STATUS / BOW TOP – SENT BACK
I love this top however I’ve been purchasing so many off the shoulder tops lately that I thought I should go for different pieces this time.
STATUS / SKIRT – KEPT
Everything about this skirt is very unique. One thing you don’t see here is that it is zippered on the back all the way, and you can create a slit as big or as small as you want. The design is stunning, and I am excited to combine this piece with many tops over the next months.

Annika Sleeveless Trench Vest ($89.99) & Jonesy Off Shoulder Chambray Dress ($89)
Style Tip: One thing I appreciated so much about this DailyLook box was that I could mix and match the pieces that came in it. These two pieces are a great example of this. I absolutely adored the sleeveless trench and found it to be quite timeless, and elegant. ( LOVE this sleeveless trench option) I thought the mini off the shoulder chambray dress (super similar option) would add a playfulness to the vest, and that the vest would make the mini more wearable.
I finished off the outfit with the cage sandals kept from this review, and added classic jewelry including gold hoop earrings, and gold toned bracelets.
STATUS / VEST – KEPT
The vest is very easy to wear, and pairs with tons of other pieces. I could wear it over dresses, shorts, skirts, and jeans. I thought I would get a lot of value out of this piece and kept it.
STATUS / DRESS – SENT BACK
This was definitely a very cute dress but a bit too bulky for me without belting. I ended up sending it back.
Sleeveless Trench Vest: DailyLook ( Love this Option, Gorgeous Style Under only $30) | Dress: DailyLook ( Similar Chambray Dress) | Shoes: Stitch Fix (From this Review) | Bracelet: Little Lace Box Code: LLB15 for $15 off 6 Month Subscription | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff

Bailey 44 Seraphim Cold Shoulder Top ($125) & Natalie B Rain Chandelier Earrings ($39.95)
The final two pieces from my March DailyLook Elite Box are the chandelier earrings in the beautiful green, and the very unique cold shoulder top from Bailey44. This top has such a sculpted shape. I wanted to pair it with the more casual jeans to make it daytime appropriate but this look could easily work for a night out too.
The outfit needed color, and I added that with green chandelier earrings, blue pumps as well as a mixed color tassel clutch.

STATUS / TOP & EARRINGS – SENT BACK
Although the top was pretty special I thought the $125 price tag was a bit too much for it. The earrings were super pretty; I wish they were a bit shorter to be easier to wear. I sent back both these items.
Top: DailyLook ( Love this Style by the same brand) | Jeans: Sold Out (This one is fab too) | Shoes: Sam Edelman | Clutch: Rebecca Minkoff (From this Review) | Earrings: DailyLook | Sunglasses: Tory Burch
Overall Impressions: I must say my DailyLook Elite experience this time around was a success. The curation of the box had attention to detail, and the new preview option is a very useful feature. I ended up keeping three pieces; the vest, the pencil skirt, and the chic jumpsuit. I am looking forward to my April box. If you would also like to try DailyLook Elite you can start here.
