Hello my fellow Stitch Fix ladies! Happy September. Fall is upon us and with it the laid back summer spent in flowy dresses, shorts, and rompers is sadly gone. Here in the NW, it is a pretty stark change in seasons; this whole week has nearly been all rain, and clouds. As I love being in warm weather clothing, I did not do enough fall shopping yet which probably was not a good idea considering how chilly it got today.
Thankfully I did ask my Stitch Fix stylist for a fall box, and pieces I can layer. I also requested a cute bag, and booties if they had any new ones I may like. As always my rockstar stylist delivered a thoughtfully put together mix of pieces. Can’t wait to show you all of them in outfits.

In the past few months, Stitch Fix also rolled out a fabulous kids styling service which we got to try out with my kids. It would be an understatement to say we are very happy for this new feature. (review coming soon) Stitch Fix styles kids from 2T to 14 and they carry such a great variety of kids clothing brands as well as their own house brand Rumi + Ryder. In each box you receive around 8-12 items and the prices are quite reasonable for the quality from what we’ve seen so far. I say definitely worth a try for the kids in your lives.
In my September box I received a long sleeve top, a navy sweater, a pair of peep toe booties, a backpack, and a pair of moto pants. My box is still with me as I write this review so I’ll tell you which pieces are going back and which ones are contenders. Would love to hear your thoughts as well.
Stitch Fix styled the Tinsel Skinny moto pants in two casual outfits. I love it with the white sneakers, and the jean jacket.
Style Tip: In my opinion moto pants/leggings are must haves for fall. The details they have add interest to outfits instantly and you can easily style them casually or more glam.
Stitch Fix Tinsel moto pants (similar option here) came in a trendy, and very versatile green; super easy to pair with various colors. As I love this tone of green with neutrals I paired mine with a white scoop neck tee, a beige sleeveless cardigan, and my new pair of peep toe booties. The backpack also came in my September Stitch Fix box.
Top: Treasure & Bond | Pants: Stitch Fix (Similar Style) | Shoes: Caslon Sandal (Kept from Trunk Club) | Cardigan: Sold Out / Pretty similar Style | Bag: Stitch Fix (Great Backpack Option) | Bracelet: Sold Out / LOVE this identical style | Earrings: LOFT Pastel Drop Earrings
The Moto Pants is one of my favorites of the box. They are one of the two contenders of September Stitch Fix.

Backpack – Sending Back
Although I love this backpack I recently bought two backpacks including this one. Otherwise I loved the quilted style.
Stitch Fix stylists paired the Fate pullover with jeans, and booties in one outfit and with heels and a fancy skirt in another.
Style Tip: I wear a lot of tucked in long sleeve tops (love this long sleeve tee option) with skirts and booties during fall. This Stitch Fix top feels so cozy and its form fitting enough to be tucked into my favorite faux leather skirt. (similar cute option here) The pair of peep toe booties you see here also came in my September Stitch Fix box. I used my Rebecca Minkoff satchel with my outfit and chose earrings from Rocksbox, my fave jewelry service (which you can try for FREE for a WHOLE MONTH with this link) and a necklace I kept from Wantable Style Edit.

This striped Fate pullover is the second contender from my September box. Its such a great basic, and has a soft, very comfy fabric. ( see a similar option here )

Report Booties – Sending Back
This pair of Report booties from Stitch Fix were pretty fab. I loved the laser cut detail, and the heel height was perfect. I am sending them back as I very recently bought this pair of similar booties.
Stitch Fix styled the Moon & Madison sweater in two super casual outfits. I like the one with the white jeans.
Style Tip: This sweater is perfect for weekend day trips or anytime you need another layer with you in case it gets chillier. Fall is such a mixed bag in terms of weather, especially in the NW, that I always have this type of everyday sweaters with me in case its too cool for comfort.
Here I paired the pullover with white shorts, and Adidas Superstars. I added my crossbody bag to carry a couple essentials, and also a wrap bracelet, and silver drop earrings to bring in a bit of shine to my look.
Sweater: Stitch Fix ( Love this similar style) | Shorts: Sold Out / Great timeless option | Shoes: Adidas Originals Superstar | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff | Earrings: Sold Out / Similar Style | Wrap Bracelet: Rocksbox ( Get your FREE MONTH of my favorite jewelry service here )
Moon & Madison Pullover – Sending Back
I do like this piece but its such a basic ( although a good one) that I own so many similar items. ( Great option I own )
